  • Avalon Mall’s current GLA includes 572,280 square feet

  • Total GLA will increase by approximately 20,000 at project completion

  • The redevelopment will create approximately 35 new retail units

  • The new fully accessible 875 stall parking garage opened in November 2018. Level 4 will be open summer 2019
